RTA





Introduction:

Strategic Management can be used to establish mission, vision, goals, values, , objectives, roles and responsibilities, timelines, etc. In this paper we will illustrate the strategic management review and analysis of a local operating company which called as "Road and Transport Authority". We conduct a research about this organization from their website and interviewed Mr. Danish Khan, The Chief Analyst Corporate Planning and Mr. Ali. This helped us to be enriched with lots of information and data of there organization.

The History for RTA:


Road and Transport Authority (RTA) is the public transport method that was built-up through the Government of Dubai. RTA was originated in 2005 with the plan of presenting high public transport in Dubai consist of buses, metro and water taxis.

RTA has concentration on quality street as well as transportation infrastructure for Dubai. RTA was entirely structured through the operations under the Dubai Police along with Dubai Municipality to form a particular department that strategy and sticks to high quality infrastructure on the road and rail network.

RTA was created under order number 17 for the year 2005 that launches the new authority that is paying attention to develop and maintain high public transport services, private vehicle ownership, driver licensing, safe and smooth roads and decrease traffic and road congestion on Dubai roads. RTA’s most important aim is to compose travel around the Dubai roads safe, smooth and protected for all.
